By making time every day to write in your prayer journal, you will bring God’s presence into your life more mindfully and actively. It’s important to set a time of day when you’ll write in your prayer journal and the best times include just before bed (to reflect on the day) or first thing in the morning (to set your intention and tone for the day). A few weeks later, you’ll find that writing in your prayer journal is an essential part of your day.
